BFS Training:

May 30th: IMS Campus Visit
Coach Sledge, Team Coaches, and Varsity Team members will be visiting to talk about the program, share stories of their 2017 playoff success, and to answer any questions the future stars of Mercer Island High School Football may have. Thank you IMS for supporting our Island Football!
May 28th-June 1st: Islander Spring Football

June 24th: U of W Husky - High School 7 on 7 Tournament

July 21st: Islander Elite Football Academy
This is our Islander Football Youth Camp. We have our schedule set and will send out additional information and registration forms in the next couple weeks. This will be a fun event focusing on development fundamentals, technique and training based on experience level and game knowledge, and competition through fun events. We will have representatives of high school, college, and professional players and coaches present as instructors, all with a focus on making the day great, educational and fun.

July 28th: Lakewood Cougar Annual 7 on 7 Tournament
4:00-6:00pm @ Lakewood High School in Arlington
This is the tournament we competed in last season and made it to the playoff rounds. We seek to improve our performance in this upcoming competition.
August 6th - August 14th: Islander Football Conditioning Camp
Daily/4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Mon, Wed, Fri, Mon - Field Speed Work
Tues, Thu, Tues - Weights and Plyometrics
Islander Football Team Camp:
We are still in the process of solidifying dates for Team Camp and will notify once dates are confirmed.
