Bigger Faster Stronger, Spring and Summer

We are excited to get underway in our preparation for another run at the 2018 State Playoffs and it officially begins January 8th with the kick-off of our off-season BFS Training followed by Spring Ball on May 28th

Schedule For BFS
Spring Schedule (April 30th - June 15th)
Current HS Students: Mon & Weds, 5:30-6:30 pm, Friday, 3:30-4:30 pm
Incoming 9th Graders: Tues & Thurs, 3:30-4:30 pm
Summer Schedule (June 18th - August 3rd)
ALL GRADE LEVELS: Monday - Friday 7:30-9:00 am
Fees an Payments:
We will maintain our cost from 2017 for the 2018 calendar year with Upperclassmen (current 9-11th) $400 and incoming Freshman (8th Graders) $300. This again is for the entirety of 2018 covering the BFS off-season, spring workouts, summer workouts and in-season workouts leading up to the 2018 holiday break.

If you are a MIHS student and you are ONLY planning  to participate in BFS training, you may use the PayPal button on this page.
If necessary, you can also bring a check on your first day of training. Also, please print and fill out the provided Registration and Release Form, and bring the completed form with you to your first training session.
Schedule for Spring Ball
May 29th-June 1st
Tuesday – Friday, 4:00 – 6:00pm
June 4th-June 8th
Monday - Friday, 4:00 - 6:00pm

These are optional opportunities for involvement and improvement, and they are open to all MIHS Student-Athletes!

INCOMING FRESHMEN (current 8th graders)

PLEASE NOTE: In addition to the BFS form, you will need to fill out the MIHS Athletic Registration packet and Concussion policy.  A physical exam is required for participation in high school sports/related activities. The form is included in the MIHS Athletic Registration packet and must be signed by a physician; it will remain valid for two years. You DO NOT need to do the online portion of registration or pay the MIHS fall sports registration fee at this time, but the paper forms are still required for participation. You will resubmit a fall sports registration packet for football when your student is enrolled as a freshman at the high school.

**If you are registered for BFS, you have already submitted necessary paperwork for Spring Ball.**

ALL OTHERS (9th-12th)

The forms for BFS will also work for Spring Ball. If you are already enrolled in BFS through the Athletics Office, you should have the necessary forms on file. However, it is extremely important that you confirm that you have all required forms and up to date physical on file with the Athletics Office. If you are unsure, please stop by the Athletics Office and ask, call them at 206-230-6345 or send them an email to confirm.

Please make sure all required forms (provided on this page) and payments are handed in to the Athletics Office before attending your first BFS training or participation in Spring Ball.
